Weekend Review, and Menu

Saturday... 

Why hello there... is it just me or did the weekend seem to FLY by?  Sorry I am a little behind I know its Tuesday. 

Friday was busy not only was work busy but apparently my car has horrible luck. I was no where near my car and it hit another parked car... There was so much ice on the parking lot from the snow and horrible weather we had last week that my car didn't have traction... and well my huge SUV kissed a small little car. Thank goodness that the only thing that happened is my bumper clip broke, and they have a scuff mark that rubbed out. :) Karma loved me!

Saturday was a relaxing day, I hadn't felt good so when I did get energy I went and took and got the tires on my car rotated. I also took my necklace that Ham got me and got the pendant cleaned! So Saturday was an errand day 

Sunday was a clean house day! OH BOY! :) 

Last week I hadn't done shopping til Thursday so there may be repeats from last week! 

Sunday: 

Spinach,Mushroom, Pesto-Artichoke lasagna 

Monday:

Left Overs 

Tuesday: 

Whiskey Meatballs, rice, veggie 

Wednesday:

Left overs 

Thursday:

Taco Salads 

Friday: 

Fried Chicken, mashed taters, and veggie

Saturday:

Dinner with Ham's parents 

Secret Santa Reveal...

Oh Santa Baby... I can't say thank you enough! 

I stopped on my way home Friday to get the mail, and oh boy was I in for a treat. I had been having a horrible day with pain and these little goodies were what I found... 

Boy oh boy, this made my night and my weekend off to a great start. So I don't know who you are but I cant say how tickled I am. Thank you!

Happy FRIDAY!

Boy am I glad this week is over. It went by fast, all I have done is job searched, and got the right steps in order. I have a few hours with my current company this next week and have two that Im waiting to hear back on. *keeping my fingers grossed and prayers said*

I have a yummy recipee I want to share with ya all. It may sound gross but trust me its delish!

Start of with a filet of salmon. ( i use the half side filets from wal mart in frozen section about $10.)

Defrost- and place on baking sheet

Then grab mayonaise, lemon Juice, and lemon Pepper

So this is what it will look like after you add about two tablespoons of mayo and smear it, and about a tablespoon of lemon juice and then the lemon pepper I just sprinkle it on.

I preheat the oven to 375

Let bake 30-45 mins.

serve with rice, and a veggie and this dish is delish! Everyone that I have made this for loves this!

Why Hello There Gorgeous!

Today I drove to work admiring this!

This is not justifiable.... My lovely friend Jamie Caught it in better light...

There are somethings that can just make a day start off well and I think a beautiful sunrise is one of them!

Today is a busy day. Woke up way to early... Work has been steady, and today is the appointment that I have that can potentially make things look brighter! YAY!

The weekend was great. Friday Ham and I spent with friends, and then watched movies and passed out.

Saturday we went to a Hockey game and we Whooped Portland and it should have been 7 to 3 but it was 5 to 3 due to the ref's not calling fair shots, then yesterday even though we didn't go we beat them 6-1! GO CHIEFS GO!

Sunday was a nice quiet day, I spent most of it with his mom while he did Gun stuff! (Yay! I can't wait for spring...) This girl wants to go shoot at some pop cans! - Classy, I know right... Haha!

Sunday I woke up in major pain, so most was spent going over recipe's and just chatting and watching TV.

Monday, Ham was a sweet man, he drove me to town due to snow and bad roads so I didn't have to drive.

Seems like everyday this week something new is happening. I am crossing my fingers for tonight and would love yours crossed too!!!

I am interested in finding more good recipes.

I know that I am still not on pinterest yet but when I browse it doens't show recipes, Is it because im not signed up?

I know many of you are in love with it... But why?

BURRRR, Baby It's cold outside!

GOOD MORNING!

If I could drink coffee, I would be in heaven this morning!

I woke up to a massive Pile of snow outside my window. It even buried my car :( My skills of trying to make it to work on time I was not able to snap a pic but I will when I go home for lunch!

It is going to be a Hot Water and Honey day or Marshmellow Root tea day.

My weekend was quiet. Friday was me at home relaxing. Saturday I went to the doctor, Apparently even if you don't have tonsils, You CAN get strep throat. Thanks Ham! He had no voice and swore it was just sinus... Ha! So Saturday was spent resting except to go to the Hockey game! We won! 5-3! 

Then Sunday was a typical family day with Hams family and met one of his friends!

So My weekend was lame and quiet!

My Monday was busy but good. I am hoping things are starting to look up! Yay!

I will Post the pics of our snow after lunch!

I guess winter had finally hit the Inland Northwest!
